hypermug1 says they had a dream on march 31st and wanted to make it a reality. They were approached by Jesus Christ himself and told to make the greatest video sharing site, no matter the cost. And that's what they did. hypermug1 spent two days slacking off and announced Catshit on April 2nd, bringing it online on April 3rd.

March 31 2024 - Oh my gosh, what an idea
April 1 2024 - Wow seems like a good idea
April 2nd 2024 - Catshit gets announced
April 3rd 2024 - Catshit becomes open to the public
April 4 2024 - massive storm knocks out electricity and internet leaving catshit offline for 8 hours. It goes back online thanks to a verizon hostpot and the indomitable human spirit.
April 5 2024 - Catshit starts federating
April 6 2024 - hypermug1 announces they are changing the server location and then posts a picture of the transgender flag, implying they are moving to transgenderland
April 7 2024 - Catshit makes pages wobbly and quirky. 10x more usable.
April 11 2024 - Catshit announces html5 notification ads for their custom merchandise.
April 22 2024 - hypermug1 shuts down catshit because their computer caught fire and their house burned down and refused to put it back up until someone buys them a mansion, ps5, or a pony. Someone bought them a pony so it's okay now.
April 27 2024 - hypermug1 pays Garului $10 to make a better logo. The result is what you see on this page as the logo now.

Shutdown[]
CatShit had a long life of 4 months, shutting down after its domain expired on August 11th. hypermug1 announced on August 10 that CatShit videos may be migrated to DogRap and then announced on August 19 that videos will be migrated to existing accounts on DogRap.
