NoobTube

NoobTube is a website originally created by Memmo Studios then recreated by Discord user: CastaSereal#2555 (AKA:Succulent64).

It had been discontinued due to the XSS attacks and attempts to upload php files thru the uploader. ((citation needed}}

NoobTube originally ran on the Yooco social media website creation platform, which limited it's capabilities and ultimately led to the original website shutting down on the 27th of June 2020.

There was really no purpose for the website other than to recreate old YouTube Layouts and mess around with PHP and MySQL. It originally used the November 2005 YouTube layout, but got shut down due to people exploiting an XSS vulnerability and uploading php files.

About 30 users and 25 videos had been registered before the DB was wiped.

An 2011 Layout was in the process of being made, but got canceled due to hard drive corruption and it being buggy. This, followed with Cox not allowing port forwarding to port 80 lead to the discontinuation of NoobTube.

Later on, succulent64 found tunnel software called argo or cloudflared. He then remade his website and started work on a revival called JarkTube.
